Product description

Goalship” is a mobile app that should motivate users to achieve their goals. Each user should be able to create new goals in the app. His contacts, which are assigned to various groups, can accordingly promise him a reward for achieving the defined goal. A deadline can also be set for each goal. The app can also be seen as a kind of social media with a focus on goal achievement.

Problem definition

Apps with this focus or the corresponding features do not generally exist on the market. However, we all know how big the influence of mobile apps is on our everyday life. We can also see this as an opportunity and use it to achieve our goals. Some time after setting a new goal, we lose motivation. Here, the involvement of the environment and external rewards can help you not to give up.

Solution

This solution is the development of native applications. The first step is to provide a mobile app for IOS and Android respectively.
The user has the possibility to import his existing contact list on the smartphone into the app and add them as “Friends” in the app. For more security, phone number confirmation is required (double opt-in).
Uploading photos, chatting in groups, creating publicly viewable goals, tracking status of goals, linking with other social media accounts etc. are some features of the mobile app “Goalship”. The mobile app is expected to be made available in GooglePlay and AppStore in August. In the future, the development of a web application is also aspired.
